Glamper is garage rock with a smirk and worn out VHS tape of Jurassic Park. This Nashville rock &amp; roll trio assembled to empty the oceans and set fire to the five day work week. In the rubble and ashes, only Chief Keith Herndon (bass/guitar/vocals), Cory Taylor Cox (bass/guitar/vocals), and Zip Hurst (drums) would be left standing. In the aftermath, they formed a band. A three-headed dragon of greasy guitar licks, swanky bass grooves, and gut-busting drums. Glamper’s debut album, “Rat Race” deals with everything from jaded corporate drudgery, questionable Fried Bologna sandwiches, an unexpected love for an ex’s beer-fetching cat (Take Your Cat Back), to... murder???.
