Absurd Minds

Absurd Minds was founded in 1995 by Stefan Großmann and Tilo Ladwig. Timo Fischer joined the band in the early 2000s. Former live supporter and later full member Nick has completed the band's line-up since 2003. Their unique style combines genres like synthpop, futurepop and darkwave. The result is extremely melodic songs with strong vocal lines that create captivating soundscapes that combine danceable elements with lyrical profundity. Philosophical questions of being, social challenges and interpersonal interactions become a connection between band and listener through Stefan's lyrics and catchy vocals. "CONFESSIONS" A manifesto about truth, deception, transience - and the courage to remain human. With our new album ‘CONFESSIONS’ we present an impressive musical statement about human existence in the field of tension between loss of control, self-responsibility and the spiritual search. "We see the album as a reflection - but also as an invitation." "It's about finding out what can still exist in a fragmented world.’" Musically, we remain true to our roots: dark electro with melodic depth and driving beats.
