Afro Connexion

Afro Connexion is a studio music project created and led by Brada, built around connection, creativity and cultural fusion. Bringing together vocalists, producers and collaborators from different backgrounds, the project blends Kizomba, Urban Kiz, Ghetto Zouk, Afrobeats and contemporary African sounds. Each release introduces new voices and influences while remaining guided by Brada’s production and artistic direction. Afro Connexion first gained wider recognition with “Kizomba Love”, a track that resonated strongly within the Kizomba community and reached a national audience after being featured on Big Brother Portugal. Its biggest milestone to date is “BATOTA”, a major collaboration with Nelson Freitas, Twenty Fingers and Messias Maricoa. The release brings together prominent voices from the Lusophone music scene and represents the project’s vision of connecting artists, cultures and generations through music. At its core, Afro Connexion is a meeting point for artists, cultures and sounds. Through collaboration and musical experimentation, the project continues to explore the evolving relationship between Kizomba, Urban Kiz, Ghetto Zouk, Afrobeats and African electronic music.
