JLUIS

For more than 20 years, I worked in music helping artists find their sound. JLUIS began when I decided it was time to find mine. It is the dreamer, more playful and freer side of me. A place to experiment without knowing what genre comes next. Born by the Mediterranean and based in Barcelona, light, movement and emotion naturally find their way into my music. But I love contrasts. A Mediterranean beach can suddenly feel tropical, Manhattan can be just across the street, and something made to dance can still carry a little melancholy or sensuality. I care about voices that make you feel something, melodies that stay with you, and music that can turn an ordinary day into a better one. No fixed scenery. No brakes. Music to dance free.
