King Vagabond

Queer-fronted, NY-bred, and 100% independent, King Vagabond's cutting-edge cocktail of alternative, indie electronic, and pop brings bite to the dance floor and electricity to the stage. King Vagabond—in all of its mythological, arthurian might—is the fantastical 80-inspired avatar housing the consciousnesses of vocalist, frontman Joey Dean and guitarist, producer Niko Vaude. 
 The duo debuted in 2022 after ascending from the ashes of a divided world. While society combusted during isolation and quarantine, the duo chose a more contemplative path and spent those two years dormant in the amniotic fluid of creative subconscious. They emerged donned in black vinyl and red eyeshadow with an arsenal of ethereal synths, electrifying guitar solos, and explosive hooks at the ready. 
 Their mission: to add more poetry to a dulling world, to drop the drawbridge of empathy and ecstasy over the seething divide, and to forage a Kingdom of and for the queerdos, misfits, and wandering Vagabonds trapped in life's in-betweens.
