Biography & Metadata
Once Loved is a San Diego metalcore four-piece named for everything you've ever walked away from - the friends, the lovers, the hobbies...and the older versions of yourself left behind. They weaponize musical tension with suffocating heaviness, screamed truths, and the brutal weight of moving forward. For fans of the emotional ferocity of bands like Counterparts and Misery Signals, they've found something rare - a shared language built on grief, growth, and the space in-between. Live, Once Loved is less a set of songs and more a single unrelenting moment.
