Biography & Metadata
Born in 2001, Folarin “FOLA” Odunlami is a Lagos-based singer-songwriter whose soulful fusion of African rhythms and R&B elements defines a bold new wave in Afro-R&B. After earning acclaim with his debut EP what a feeling and a string of charting singles, FOLA has quickly emerged as one of Nigeria’s most introspective and emotionally resonant artists. His debut album catharsis solidifies him as a voice for a generation, uniting authenticity, vulnerability, and innovation in a way that resonates far beyond Nigeria’s borders.
