Mark Cake

An ambitious, wide-ranging producer and multi-instrumentalist with a strong affinity for collaboration, Mark Cake has a deft touch for creating thoughtful musical projects. A part of Brownswood Recordings’ Future Bubbler’s programme, Mark Cake has worked with a huge variety of artists, through his project to create an extensive series of one-off collaborations, each of them accompanied by a video created in tandem with the artist. 
 In October 2021, Mark Cake’s single ‘Hoon’ was released on Brownswood Recordings and featured as lead single for the Future Bubblers 5.0 compilation album, released November 2021. The single was chosen as Mary Anne-Hobbs’ ‘Hit Reset Track of the day’ on her BBC Radio 6 show Music From The Near Future.
