Biography & Metadata
Hudson Westbrook “is on the cusp of bona fide country music stardom." A son of Stephenville, Texas, Westbrook was baptized by Red Dirt and raised on George Strait, Turnpike Troubadours, Parker McCollum, Koe Wetzel, and Tracy Lawrence. After 2024 splash debut, “Take It Slow,” Westbrook strung together a series of grassroots hits while enrolled at Texas Tech University, including Texas radio chart-topper, “Two Way Drive,” and chart-topping debut country radio single, “House Again.” Revitalizing the organic country he was raised on while refusing to be held down by his roots, Westbrook’s “traditional country sounds and timeless songwriting” have become his calling card, fully realized on his Top 10, 17-track debut album, Texas Forever, and expanded upon on follow-up EP, Exclusive. Taking the spirit of Texas country music far beyond state lines, Westbrook headlines sold-out tours nationwide, alongside opening gigs with George Strait, Parker McCollum, Morgan Wallen, Bailey Zimmerman, and many more. Amassing over 1.8 billion global streams in under two years of releasing original music, Westbrook is a 2026 ACM New Male Artist of the Year nominee and a member of the 2026 Opry NextStage Class. He was named a Billboard Country Rookie of the Month, a 2025 Artist to Watch by Spotify, Country Now, Holler, The Country Wire, and a SiriusXM all-genre Five for 2025. Country Central predicts: "Westbrook’s rise shows potential to lead a new generation of artists in the Texas country realm."
