Biography & Metadata

"Make No mistake about it - Capesthorne are absolutely on top of their particular game" - LINK2WALES Hailing from the Chester/North Wales area, Capesthorne is a four-piece embodying the essence of UK pop punk. Their name pays homage to the road where they cut their teeth on skateboards and fuelled their passion for music. Capesthorne infuse their sound with the raw energy of influences like Blink-182, New Found Glory, Neck Deep, The Story So Far and State Champs. Their music is a sonic collision of fast-paced rhythms and catchy hooks, earning the tagline "fast and soulless pop punk." In 2024, Capesthorne launched with the release of their debut E.P. 'Down and Probably Out' featuring demo's of the first 2 song's to come out of the rehearsal room 'All That Glitters' & Life Is Too Short'. A year of work, live shows and studio time saw them close out 2024 with the release of their debut album 'Life Is Too Short' featuring live favourites 'Jessica', 'Love Song's Are For Dreamers' & 'Shiver Me Timbers'. 2025 saw Capesthorne continue this run of form with the release of their second 4 track EP ' Down and Still Probably Out' in October (feat. Oceans Pt. 2, Arrecife Weather, Better Off This Way & Don't Speak) .
