Dark Ballet

Dark Ballet is a theatrical gothic metal project where heavy music, cinematic atmosphere and dark mythology become one evolving story. Led by composer, vocalist and guitarist Jeff Moore with bassist, vocalist and co-writer Crystal Moore, Dark Ballet blends metal, hard rock, orchestral textures and dramatic storytelling into a world of fallen kingdoms, corrupted truth, sacrifice, rebellion and hope. At the center of the mythology is the Queen of the Night, a symbol of beauty, love and protection in a world that fears what it cannot control. Around her stand characters such as Rima, the Queen’s scarred and loyal personal guard, whose grief and determination drive the next chapter. Each song reveals another part of the Dark Ballet universe, where darkness is not evil, light is not always good, truth can be twisted, and every victory carries a cost. Songs including “Por La Noche,” “Queen of the Night,” “Twisted Truth” and “Psychic Distortions” invite listeners deeper into that world. Dark Ballet has formed a growing connection with audiences in Mexico and throughout Latin America. Dark Ballet: Mexico — Corazón de la Noche celebrates that bond through music shaped by passion, mythology and the spirit of the night. The next album, Rima’s Quest, continues the saga as Rima searches for the fallen Queen and fights to bring her home. United we rock. Everyone dances the Dark Ballet.
