Biography & Metadata

Loosid is a Puerto Rican duo pushing electronic music to its outer limits. Since emerging in 2014, they have built a sound that fuses future bass, trap, and melodic electronic into transmissions from deep space. Their catalog spans releases on Monstercat, Bitbird, Hexagon HQ, Atlantic Records, Trap Nation, Lowly Palace, and Kitsuné, plus official remixes for The Chainsmokers, San Holo, Galantis, Don Diablo, Matoma, and Becky Hill. Whether it's a cosmic anthem or a bass heavy club weapon, Loosid's range keeps them out of orbit from everyone else. They've taken that sound to stages across North America, with performances at Shaky Beats, Sunset Music Festival, Summerfest, Something Wonderful, and Chasing Summer, along with packed rooms at Echostage, Club Space, and El Rey Theatre. "Clouds" has passed 2 million plays and was dropped by Don Diablo at Ultra Music Festival, while their official Chainsmokers remix has climbed past 4 million. Loosid's records have found support from A-Trak, Martin Garrix, EDX, Don Diablo, The Chainsmokers, Slander, NGHTMRE, R3HAB, Oliver Heldens, MAKJ, and Zeds Dead. Their latest single, "Fallen" featuring Jeny Vega, lands on Hexagon HQ, Don Diablo's own label. With a growing global audience and a mystery that only adds to the pull, Loosid is a genuine voice for the next era of electronic music.
