Kord

KORD is a Romanian electronic music project created by Steve Crow and Kata Dean. Blending EDM, Dance-Pop, and a diverse range of contemporary influences, KORD has built a distinctive sound that combines uplifting energy, emotional melodies, and modern production. Since its formation, the project has evolved from independent radio releases into an internationally streamed act, earning recognition for its original productions, remixes and genre-crossing approach. Beyond their own music, KORD have also worked as producers, contributing to projects that reached audiences both in Romania and abroad. A significant milestone came in 2019 when KORD performed at Afterhills Festival, sharing the lineup with internationally renowned artists including Rita Ora, Don Diablo, Quintino, Sam Feldt, Gareth Emery, and Mahmut Orhan. In recent years, KORD has expanded its global reach through streaming platforms, with releases generating hundreds of thousands of streams worldwide. The single “IFLIH” entered the Spotify USA Top 50, while the debut album “Enjoy the Music” further strengthened the project's growing international audience. Known for continuously exploring new creative directions while staying rooted in electronic music, KORD embraces artistic freedom and innovation, seamlessly moving between styles while maintaining its unique identity. For KORD, music is more than entertainment—it is a universal language that connects people, emotions, and experiences across borders.
