Umami Tsunami

Umami Tsunami isn’t just a name - it’s a full-blown flavour wave of pop music. Launched in the summer of 2022, this genre-bending collective blends East and West, sweet and salty, synths and soul. Behind the name is a rotating crew of songwriters, vocalists, producers, featured artists, and visual creatives - united by one mission: to cook up bold, catchy tracks with serious replay value. Their debut single, Delicious (Oh Wow!), dropped in late 2022, followed by Geronimo - a wild ride of a pop anthem that became a finalist in Melodi Grand Prix 2023, Norway’s national selection for Eurovision. The track features three standout young vocalists as featured artists: Kristian Haux, Kyle Alessandro, and Magnus Winjum - each with their own fan base and vocal flair. The trio returned for more on N.E.B.U.D. (2023), with Kristian and Kyle also featured on Loyal (2024).
