WILL WATT is carving out his lane in the UK underground with a stripped-back, groove-led sound rooted in House, Tech House and Deep House. Built for the club first, his records lean into rolling low end, tight percussion and late night energy — the kind of tracks that live on dancefloors. Originally from Plymouth, his early influences stretched from high energy rave to soul, but it was the pull of UK club culture that shaped his direction. Starting behind the decks at 16, he’s since taken his sound across some of the most respected rooms in Europe, including fabric, Ministry of Sound, EGG LDN, Rise, Kremlin Belfast, ADE and We Are FSTVL steadily building a reputation for sets that favour groove, tension and flow over spectacle. Over the last year, Will has refocused his sound with intent dialling into a more refined, underground identity. The result is a run of club ready releases that balance weight and musicality, designed for DJs and dancefloors alike. His output hasn’t gone unnoticed, with BBC Radio 1 tastemaker Arielle Free supporting his track ‘El Trompetta’ via her Free Your Mind imprint.
