Jamesstfu is an American producer and engineer hailing from Fort Worth, Texas. He has garnered recognition for his collaborations with the artist Jace! (a.k.a. iayze), yet his work extends to collaborations with other notable artists/producers, including Yhapojj, Duwap Kaine, Mixed Matches, Co santana, lade, and many others. James began his journey in music production as early as 2019 and had his debut project, "stfu, vol. 1," release in June 2021. This marked the start of a prolific discography, characterized by an array of future projects. "stfu, vol. 1" served as an introduction to James' relationships with emerging talents like Jace! (iayze), lade, Rich Amiri, sgpwes, and many others. Notably, most of the artists featured on this project would go on to collaborate with James on future releases. The "stfu" series of albums have since continued and done better each time, with "stfu, vol. 3" being the latest release with a ton of different artists. James possesses a distinct artistic vision that finds expression through the "ambient" sonic landscapes of his production.
