Hailing from Denai Alam, Shah Alam, lucidrari’s experimentative tendencies, translating sounds into different themes with each subsequent projects, has cemented his place on the proverbial pedestal. Armed with likeminded peers with shared passion and hunger, along with inspirations like Kanye West , it certainly looks like this evolution will not come to a halt anytime soon. His debut album, corrupted at 16 , became an instant statement, highlighted by the breakout single “LAMPU BIRU ,” which rose to no. 8 on Malaysia’s Top 40 chart. With recognition from MK K-Clique of K-Clique and radio cypher appearances, the project’s success laid a firm foundation for his rise. Building on that momentum, lucidrari dropped his second album, CHRONOSPHERE , in 2023. The project debuted at #1 on Spotify’s Top 20 Malaysian Albums and showcased his versatility through collaborations with Heil Nuan , Gard , Airliftz , and others — underlining his growth as both an artist and collaborator. Now, lucidrari has ushered in 2025 by opening a new chapter with teletext. With big names like SonaOne , Tarrarin , Tenxi , ABANGSAPAU and Amir Ahnaf on the tracklist, the album stretched his reach into international waters such as Indonesia and Singapore. With major presentations of pop while still keeping his hip-hop roots intact, packed with addictive hooks, relatable lyrics, and fearless experimentation, teletext proves lucidrari isn’t just keeping up with the scene, he’s pushing it forward.
